My tumble dryer was not drying as good as it should and with the cost of energy being so expensive i thought let get this sorted - all working clothes dry quickly and the lad was lovely who came!

prompt service and overall couldn't find fault in whole experience
Though I found it a little frustrating trying to get to speak to someone in person, once you've got through all the choices was very straight forwards to arrange for an engineer to visit.
Jose the engineer was polite, cheerful and a very pleasant person, got the repair sorted very promptly , couldn't find a fault in the over all service.

Efficient Company & Engineers
The Company and its Engineers are Polite, timely, clean and efficient.... I don't recommend their cookers though. My cooker has design faults which have caused 2 visits for same fault. I wouldn't A rate it.

Rubbish service from an unserious company
My dishwasher broke down, they sent an engineer to fix on the 26th Jan 2023, who came in and said he needed to buy parts and wld return on the 31st of Jan with the parts and fix them.
On the 31st a totally different engineer showed up with the parts
Didn't look like he wanted to do any work at all, just opened the dishwasher and decided he needed even more parts and would return on the 6th of Feb
Morning of the 6th of Feb, no one showed up, instead we got a text rebooting for the 13th of Feb saying unfortunately the engineer can't make it.
Rubbish service stay away, they don't take customers seriously. Don't know how they got 4 stars on trust pilot

Great service
Great service. Only booked appointment Tuesday and the next day the repair man was here. Probably took half hour but dryer up and running and seems better. Fast quick service. Never had an issue when they’ve come.

Had a small issue with dryer upon delivery. Called hotpoint straight away problem was sorted out and repair booked.
Technician called and sorted out the problem the guy was a credit to the company! top bloke
Was kept informed all the way through the process from hotpoint. I would definitely buy from them directly. No problem at all

I bought a double oven 17 months ago
I bought a double oven 17 months ago, to date the drip lip has rusted, the plate holding in the glass in the grill has broken and the gill element is almost hanging off. Absolute pile of garbage, previously I had a NEFF double oven which lasted for 17 years, this one is ready for tip after 18 months. I will never buy Hotpoint again. I rang Hotpoint Customer services and they said that the rust was cosmetic and parts they said were still under warranty but I couldn’t buy the broken part without their fitter fitting it at a cost of around £180 - absolute con!

If you are thinking of getting a washing machine tuble dyer or a dishwasher i would recommend HOTPOINT they are efficient and should you need a repair they are normally with you in a week from date of first contact . I rang on January 27th and my engineer came out on the 7th February
